Nearly 500 distinguished patrons, sponsors, collectors, and local and international artists gathered at the DIA on November 11, 2023, to celebrate 50 years of the Detroit Film Theatre (DFT) and honor retiring Board Chairman Gene Gargaro and his wife Mary Anne at the DIA’s Annual Gala.In 2013, The Detroit All Star Revue paid tribute to the Motor City’s rich jazz legacy. A decade later, the great Marion Hayden returns to the Revue to curate another magical evening.
